Qatari Diar has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Housing Company (NHC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of Cityscape Qatar 2025. The agreement aims to explore opportunities for the development and implementation of world-class urban projects within NHC destinations, thereby strengthening regional cooperation and attracting high-value investments in the real estate development sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, Minister of Municipality and Chairman of Qatari Diar, and H.E. Mr. Majid Al Hogail, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Municipalities and Housing.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Ali Mohamed Al-Ali, CEO of Qatari Diar, and Mr. Mohammad Albuty, CEO of NHC.
