On January 1st, Lusail’s midnight sky transformed into a breathtaking work of art, as fireworks synchronized with a stunning display of pyrotechnic aircraft. This extraordinary celebration illuminated the city’s skies with Qatar’s largest-ever fireworks display. The magical atmosphere combined creativity and modern technology, delighting over 300,000 visitors with the perfect finale to 2024.

 The celebrations featured the launch of 3,865 fireworks by drones, setting a new Guinness World Record by surpassing the required threshold of 3,204 fireworks for entry into the record book.
